  This document is a list of WTS members who are interested in mentoring young women who may be planning a future career in cardiothoracic surgery. To find a mentor, check for the location, practice focus, and area of advice that best fit your needs. Then e-mail that cardiothoracic surgeon with the following in the subject line: WTS Mentoring Request. If that surgeon does not respond, please contact Nancy Puckett, WTS Executive Director, at npuckett@sts.org, and she will find a compatible mentor. Good luck with your career in cardiothoracic surgery.
